Created in 1939 by Bob Kane has endured the test of time and arguably the greatest Comic book creation of all. From the comic strips of the early days to the campy 60's tv show Batman changed with the times.
In 1989 Batman the Movie (starring Michael Keaton) would go on to cement Bruce Waynes place in cinema history, reaching its peak in Christopher Nolan's masterpiece in 2008's The Dark Knight.
Now 2022 and a new generation will have an opportunity to witness the legend that is The Batman.
