My home area of Dorset is such a beautiful place to live and full of a number of outdoor wonders and amazing natural attractions.
The stone arch known as Durdle Door is maybe the most well-known in the entire world.
One of Dorset's most famous and photographed attractions is part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site and is home to a lovely beach.
Taking the steps down with a choice of visiting Man O'War beach or Durdle Door via the natural cliff path, brings you to one of the treasures of Dorset.
I'm so lucky to have this right on my doorstep!
I wanted to capture the iconic Dorset attraction of Durdle Door using a painting aesthetic. It was pencilled, inked by hand and then digitally lined, coloured via paint brush and then printed via Giclee.
Available in new 8", 12” or 20” Giclee prints on 310gsm material.
'Durdle Door' was created on July 10th 2022
